Recently Google change the interface of AdSense Account. Now they saying the user to use the beta version of this interface. With this cool looking interface they also add some new thing in it.
I am using this interface and its' seems to me very very user friendly.In this interface you will find what you want to do very easily. Performance Reports tab in this new interface is nice and helpful.
